I didn’t always live in rhythm with the moon.

There was a time when I was deep in the hustle — juggling a corporate career, motherhood, chronic health challenges, and a spiritual hunger I couldn’t name.

I was successful on the outside… but inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my truth.

From a young age, I learned to stay small.

To be the “good girl.”

To not take up space — or time.

To push through pain and call it strength.

But eventually, my body and soul demanded I listen.

My nervous system was shot. My glow had faded.

That’s when I turned inward and downward — back to the earth.

I found healing in the breath, in ritual, in herbs, in the moon.

I didn’t just heal.

I transformed.

I created a new way to live — one rooted in sacred rhythm, embodied truth, and radiant leadership.

What is shared in circle stays in circle. Every woman’s story is protected.

I don’t “fix” or rescue. I teach tools that help you return to your own breath, body, and power.

5. Integrity in Teaching

I lead from lineage-based wisdom (Kundalini, breathwork, sound healing, herbalism) with respect and accuracy, always within my scope.
